By the way, I am obligated to note that I have reading assignments with this blog. I live with an insane workaholic. She's the ant, I'm the grasshopper. This roommate, who amazing and inspirational financially, ordered me a booklet called "Get out of debt" through her work EAP.

If you are interested in learning more about finances and taking charge of your debt or investments if you're lucky enough to have manageable debt, you should follow this Twitter account too. It's consumer education provided by the NS Securities Commission. Don't know what they do? You should! (or you know, your own securities commission wherever you are).
